4-DAY GETAWAY - INTRODUCTION TO DETOX in MaLAGA, ESPAÑA

Detox is a program for the dis-intoxication of the body's organs. It tries to make them work as intended, eliminating all the toxins. It's a way of cleaning the body and removing all the chemicals and toxins that have accumulated in the organs over the years.

This program should only be carried out over short periods of time. They generally last between 1 and 14 days maximum because during the diet certain essential nutrients are avoided. A Detox program isn't a trick to lose weight, although you will inevitably lose weight while doing it. It's a gateway to a convenient nutrition with the added advantage of starting a transition to a healthier lifestyle, building habits that will contribute to a diet with less salt, sugar and saturated fats.

At least once in your life, you have to try the Detox Diet. This 4-day, 3-night getaway will let you take the first step towards a healthy diet, after cleaning up your body.

The estate is located in an enclave privileged for its proximity to the Costa del Sol and the 'Montes de Málaga'. Due to its orientation, it enjoys a mild microclimate with average annual temperatures of 17ºC. Imagine walking between orange trees and breathing in the nature. Meditation, yoga and complimentary activities complete the program.
